Add-ons / Additional Info::

A-Minor-Flex($30ea)::

• If you wish to attend with your children who are under the age of 18, they are more than welcome! In the registration price, simply add $30 per child and in the form include the following information for them – Name, GamerTag, Shirt Size (specify if child size)
• There will be a whole room dedicated to A-Minor-Flex, as well as access to the main areas.

Extra T-shirts ($20ea)::

• Want to purchase an additional tshirt? Simply add $20 to the registration cost per shirt you would like to add.
• In the additional information tab – please verify the size of the second shirt you would like to purchase.

Seating Preferences (free)::

• Any seating requests for individuals you would like to have your station set up next to should be specified in the additional information page.
• All requests will be try to be accommodated within the scope of the physical limitations of having too many individuals on one power source.

Added Donation (optional)::

• The event is being held at a high school and this is the inaugural year for it. It was billed as an esports competition that doubles as a fundraiser for my information technology program at the school (I teach computer science and coding). That being said, in the end it would definitely facilitate a repeat occurrence (a second Flex if you will) if the amount earned is worthwhile to host it.
• Thus, all registration costs go to the school (minus the cost of shirts, lanyards, etc). If you would like to donate anything in addition to the $60, it is greatly appreciated but is also 100% optional.

Needed Console (free… if available)::

• If you are unable to bring a console, please let me know in advance in the additional information section.
• I have several, and a couple of attendees planning on attending have mentioned that they can bring extras as well. This will be coordinated on the front end and will be on a first-come first-registered basis.
